Payment must be made by credit card (Mastercard or Visa only) unless other arrangements are made with us PRIOR to your
order. DO NOT email credit card info as email is insecure for this purpose. We are working towards offering online
purchasing in the future.
Books are held 10 days and are sent upon receipt of payment. MD Residents must add 6% sales tax.
Returns Policy:
If you receive an incorrect book or are displeased with an item that you receive, we would be happy to
refund your money or make an exchange. We will need a copy of your receipt—a Xerox copy is sufficient. However, we ask that
you contact us by phone within 4 days of receipt of the book. Additionally, we will not accept returns on pamphlets! It is our
experience that these types of items are xeroxed & occasionally returned. Items that are returned should be carefully packaged.
If a package arrives damaged, give us a call and we will let you know how to proceed. We wish to make our customers happy,
but your cooperation is also important. Thanks for your understanding!
